Every time I'm here, I get to choose a new combination of ingredients - your choice is nearly unlimited! Conveniently situated next to Hmart, it has become one of my weekend staples. The dishes are well prepared, and taste so good. The manager told me there are 24 different exotic herbs that go into their sauce - apparently that's how they go the name. Besides the stir fry pots, I also frequently get the chicken wings and braised pork over price. Give them a try as well.

They have stayed so consistent for the past 4-5 years. 11/10 recommended.

Man, I really wish I could recommend this place!

As a young lady that lives in such a diverse area, I'm always on the hunt to try new things (by myself or with my sister because my boyfriend is picky lol). I always frequent Edison and New Brunswick for something different to eat.

When my sister and I arrived, it took us 15-20 minutes to get service. We are obviously different from the usual demographic there so I thought maybe they were giving us extra time to make sure we knew what we wanted. After a while, someone finally notices that we are the only ones in the restaurant that don't even have glasses of water.

We order our food and it comes out a little slower. We're literally watching everyone else eat; Even people that got there after us. When the food does come out, it looks and smells so good. We both got Korean Hot Pots. I don't remember what my sister had but I had the Hot Má Lá broth and I added fish cake, glass noodles, crab stick, meat balls (I don't recommend either), and beef. It tasted so good. I love spicy food with great flavor.

As we get ready to pay, the waiter (who wasn't even my original waiter) tries to hold the payment terminal with my card in it as I press the buttons for tip, my PIN and my signature. That's not going to happen and I wasn't thinking much of it so I gently took it from his hand and put my info in. He then says "well how are you going to pay the tip!?" I'm confused because usually you leave a tip in cash WHEN YOU LEAVE. So I told him cash. Then he walked back over to the other side of the restaurant but he was watching us!! I felt so uncomfortable. My sister got a little upset because of the way he was behaving. Right then and there I knew I wasn't going to leave a tip. So we got up to leave and the waiter chases me down. He says "YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO LEAVE THE TIP IN CASH. WHERE IS IT??" So I kindly explained to him that the way he behaved is why I wouldn't be leaving a tip and that he wasn't even my original waiter. My original waitress never even came back after she brought our food. That would usually warrant no tip lol. As we walked toward the door, he ran up to another gentleman and started to point at us and say "they won't leave a tip!!" in Mandarin. I know that because my little sister SPEAKS Mandarin lol. We walked out but I will never return. Like I said, I would love to recommend this place but if you're looking for good customer-service... THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!

Unique customizable noodle bowls! You can do dry or wet with varying degrees of spiciness. Though be warned, the spicy gets VERY SPICY. There's really something for everyone, take a look at the menu to see more details.

Only reason why I'm taking off a star is because I got kung fu tea immediately before coming in, expecting to use it to cut the spiciness. However, after I got in the confiscated my bubble tea for the meal saying they didn't allow outside drinks. My tongue was burning. Quite sad.

Came in on a Saturday night around 7:15pm. The place was kind of busy but got very packed by 8:00pm. We got seated right away. You get to pick the ingredients yourself, marking the paper menu. One person need to pick at least 5 items and two people can pick 8. I shared with my friend and we got two meat and six non meat options. Also got it mala and hot. It was pretty spicy. Complimentary rice which was nice. It was a good spot to stop by on the home to Jersey City from the Jersey shore beach.

The food was decent. A bit over priced for the items you pick since it's not really seasoned and all of it is just tossed in a sauce. My biggest issue is when we used the coupon from yelp the waiter took my phone to the back which made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn't ask or anything but just took the phone right out of my hand. Not too big of a fan on the quality of service
